Meet Reuben
Reuben Ingram is a behavioral health leader, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS), and Peer Support Supervisor (PSS) with extensive experience in addiction recovery, mental health support, workforce development, and community leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in human services, a master’s degree in social services, and a master’s degree in philosophy. Reuben is also in the final stage of completing his Ph.D. in psychology.
Throughout his career, Reuben has worked to strengthen individuals, families, and communities through recovery-focused education, leadership development, mentoring, and behavioral health training. His work focuses on developing future behavioral health leaders through evidence-informed recovery coaching, mental health support, workforce training, and community transformation initiatives.
Through the Propel Behavioral Health & Recovery Institute, Reuben’s mission is to help individuals and organizations build stronger pathways toward recovery, leadership, empowerment, and long-term success..
