About Reuben Ingram
Reuben Ingram is a behavioral health leader, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern (LCDC-Intern), Mental Health Peer Specialist (MHPS), and Peer Support Supervisor (PSS) with extensive experience in addiction recovery, mental health services, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Human and Social Services Administration, and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.). He has completed a Ph.D. in Psychology and is currently awaiting final university review and degree conferral.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Propel Life Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Reuben has led recovery support, behavioral health, youth mentoring, workforce development, and community outreach initiatives that promote wellness, empowerment, and long-term success. Building on that experience, he founded the Propel Behavioral Health & Recovery Institute to provide high-quality education, professional training, and workforce development for behavioral health and human services professionals. He is also the developer of the Ingram Integrated System™, an evidence-informed framework that integrates person-centered psychology, cognitive psychology, and recovery support to strengthen behavioral health training and whole-person care.
Through the Propel Behavioral Health & Recovery Institute, Reuben provides recovery coach training, mental health peer specialist training, peer support supervision, curriculum development, consulting, and leadership development. His mission is to equip behavioral health and human services professionals with the knowledge and practical skills to strengthen communities, advance recovery, and create lasting change—propelling people into their destiny.
